will be cooking the pollack i caught last weekend for my tea today, will let you know how it goes, . hopefully with some pics, ;D ;D ;D,h. fish was topped and tailed and gutted.stuffed with fresh chopped onions and wrapped in several layers of wet newspaper and finally wrapped in foil.cooking this way steams the fish,no loss of flavour and very little chance of burning the meat, . cooking was done on a disposable bbq,was only me eating this time. no need to stand over it and check constantly as little chance of overcooking,20 to 30 mins on a low heat, less if the bbq is a bit firey. will put a few pics on tomorrow, ;D ;D ;D,h. the catch. in wet newspaper. foil on. end result, very tasty with chips, ;D ;D ;D,h.
