for the shore i use 14ft blue metal, and fixed spool penn surfmaster 850, and also use daiwa sandstorm with an akuma eclipse..and then i use a carp rod 3.25tc. with a good but cheap fixed spool for the wrasse, pollock, and mini bashing. which is great sport when we get out....i did buy 2 new multipliers for the shore slosh,20 and 30 but i havnt got the confidence to use for casting...for the fear of constantly birds nesting...
so i just use them on the boats with my abu uptider... and diawa boat rod... ;D ;D ;D ;D

all the rods are regularly used, except the penn affinity! as for the reels, the penns are in regular use, as is the slosh and 7ht, the abu's i now use on the boat. but i have a bit of a surplus, but they will get used up over the years as re-placements for the ones allready in use. ste
